7. What are the notices for hydraulic oil cooling?

a.When machine is working, the oil temperature is about 40℃, if temperature is too high, oil viscosity will decrease, the result is oil seals fast ageing. When oil temperature is over 60℃ or oil level is lower than oil inlet pipe, motor will stop automatically, there will have error message. There is oil cooler on HISSON injection molding machine.

b.Cooling water pipe will connect with oil cooler, cooling water temperature should be lower than 30℃. Cooling water sources are normally cooling tower or water chiller.
