1. What are the types of HISSON brand injection molding machine?

HISSON brand injection molding machine include: HI-G series for normal plastic production injection, e.g. PP/PS/ABS/PE/Nylon/PVC HI-P series special for PET perform injection HI-SV series servo motor energy saving machines Custom made model according to specific products

2. Does HISSON Company have ability to make thin wall high speed injection molding machine?

Yes, we can make such machines for you. For some products like bento box, wall thickness about 0.7-1mm, we can equip optimized hydraulic system, injection rate can reach 150mm/s, and injection pressure can reach 200MPA. In addition, machine can equip accumulator, injection rate will reach 300mm/s. The optimized machine will enhance production efficiency, which is suitable for thin wall products.

3. Does HISSON company have ability to make UPVC pipe injection molding machine?

Yes, we can make injection molding machine special for UPVC pipes, some special configurations: a.Equip air cooling device, accurate temperature control. b.Equip new type new structure screw for UPVC material, the plasticizing is stable. c.Equip wider safety door for long core pulling molds d.Several groups of core pulling is available.

4. What’s the advised hydraulic oil for HISSON brand injection molding machine?

We advise 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, the brands like Mobil, Shell and Great Wall

5. What's the frequency to replace 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil?

For brand new machine, we advise to replace the first time 6 months; then to replace once every one year.

6. How to replace 46# hydraulic oil for HISSON Injection molding machine?

First to drain all oil in oil tank and oil cylinder; Second to clean oil tank inner surface by kerosene, because the remaining oil will degrade the new oil. Then fill in new oil through oil filter. Note: after changed oil or oil pump, machine can start only after pump room full filled with oil.

7. What are the notices for hydraulic oil cooling?

a.When machine is working, the oil temperature is about 40℃, if temperature is too high, oil viscosity will decrease, the result is oil seals fast ageing. When oil temperature is over 60℃ or oil level is lower than oil inlet pipe, motor will stop automatically, there will have error message. There is oil cooler on HISSON injection molding machine. b.Cooling water pipe will connect with oil cooler, cooling water temperature should be lower than 30℃. Cooling water sources are normally cooling tower or water chiller.

8. What’s the frequency to replace bypass oil filter for HISSON injection molding machine?

Normally you can replace the bypass oil filter when replace the 46# hydraulic oil, about once every one year.

9. What's the advantage of HISSON servo motor system injection molding machine?

HI-SV series servo motor system injection molding machine is equipped with high performance servo motor control system, the output power is changing along with load, there is no energy wasting, the power consumption during pressure keeping period is very low, the power consumption during cooling period is zero. The advantages include high precision injection, big energy saving, low noise. Compare with HISSON HI-G and HI-P series injection molding machine, according to different products, HI-SV series injection molding machine can save 30%-70% power.
