2. Does HISSON Company have ability to make thin wall high speed injection molding machine?
Yes, we can make such machines for you. For some products like bento box, wall thickness about 0.7-1mm, we can equip optimized hydraulic system, injection rate can reach 150mm/s, and injection pressure can reach 200MPA. In addition, machine can equip accumulator, injection rate will reach 300mm/s. The optimized machine will enhance production efficiency, which is suitable for thin wall products.
