The three elements of injection molding machine selection-namely, can be put down, shot full, and locked.
That is, the mold can be installed in the clamping system part of the injection molding machine. The modulus of the injection molding machine can be queried from the technical parameters of the injection molding machine in the clamping system part. The following figure is a schematic diagram of the clamping system of the injection molding machine, namely:
Mold width dimension L <horizontal installation dimension L'of injection molding machine.
The height dimension H of the mold can be greater than the vertical installation dimension H'of the injection molding machine, but not greater than the vertical dimension H〃 of the template. No part of the injection mold should extend beyond the template.

The maximum injection volume (weight) of the injection molding machine is greater than the beer weight, and the product can be injected. In order to ensure the stability of the product in actual injection molding production, a certain amount of rubber needs to be reserved. If 80%~90% of the maximum injection volume of the machine is greater than or equal to the beer weight, it can be considered that the injection is full. If the requirements cannot be met, an injection molding machine with a larger model should be selected.
During injection molding, the injection molding machine can tightly lock the mold, and it will not expand or produce flare during injection molding. which is:
Clamping force F>the projected area of the product×the pressure of the molten colloid in the cavity
The pressure of the molten colloid in the cavity depends on the structure, size, injection molding process, and injection material of the injection product. The accurate cavity pressure and clamping force can be analyzed and measured by Mouldflow fluid analysis software. If fluid analysis is too late, generally approximate methods are used for simple evaluation.

If the above conditions are met, it can be considered that the clamping force of the injection molding machine is sufficient and can be locked. If the calculation results do not meet the above conditions, you need to choose an injection molding machine with greater clamping force, and if necessary, you need to determine the model of the injection machine through fluid analysis.
Therefore, it is the three elements of injection molding machine selection that can be put down, shot full, and locked, and it should be the minimum necessary condition when all three conditions are met at the same time, which is the most reasonable and economical choice.
